Phodnicha Bhaat is prepared from leftover rice and is a perfect recipe for breakfast. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 & 1/2 Cup Leftover Cooked Rice <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tsp Red Chilli Powder <br />Salt <br />Coriander Leaves <br />4 tbsp Oil <br />1 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />10-12 Garlic, mashed <br />2 Onions, chopped <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a bowl add cooked rice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add mustard seeds and garlic. Saute well till the garlic changes color. <br />- Then add chopped onion. Mix everything well till the onions become soft. <br />- Then add the flavored rice. Give a good stir. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes. <br />- Phodnicha Bhaat is ready. <br />- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve!
